Manchester United want to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal

Everything seemed to be set for Alexis Sanchez to be reunited with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, but now cross-town rivals Manchester United have joined the race, according to reports.

In fact, Mourinho contacted Wenger and offered Mkhitaryan as part of the deal, a player the French manager is intrigued by.

The former Borussia Dortmund player could be heading to London if they can get past the issues concerning his high wages, at the moment there’s some distance between the parties.

Should Arsenal and Manchester United reach an agreement, Manchester City could be left disappointed.

Putin will win on 18 March because the system he created, politely known as “managed democracy”, removes all elements of surprise. His most credible challenger, Alexei Navalny (who in any case did not expect to win), has been banned from participation on specious legal grounds.

Christian Association Says Herdsmen Destroyed 500 Churches In Benue

Rev. Akpen Leva, Benue State Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has revealed that herdsmen have destroyed over 500 churches in different parts of the state since 2011. He said this in Makurdi on Tuesday, adding that most worshippers at the affected churches were also displaced as a result of the crisis. His statement reads: “The destruction cuts across Catholic, Pentecostal, NKST, Anglican and several other churches located in areas affected by the crisis. The level of destruction is actually worrisome and that is the more reason why there is every need for the Federal Government to consider availing these churches some form of compensation so that we can rebuild the affected structures and also effect repairs on others." “Majority of those affected in the crisis are Christians, which means that the Church also carries the burden of contributing its widow’s mite to the upkeep of the close to 170,000 persons displaced in the state as a result of the crisis. ...
